Our event will be held on August 11, 2018 from 7pm-9pm. The volunteer shifts begin from 3pm and go until 10pm. Please select the shift that works best for your availability, you are welcome to select more than one shift. Let us know if you have a task preference in the comments section.

Volunteering opportunities are the following:
Note, the volunteer site is Woodward Park Lake, west of Shinzen, your name will be added to a list allowing you to enter Woodward Park free of charge.
Each description is followed by the # of volunteers needed for that task.
+ Chair and table set up 3-5
+ Lantern assembly 5-10
+ Light fixture placement 2
+ Monitoring parking 2-4
+ Podium set up 2
+ Lantern lighters set up 1
+ Set up the lantern sales tables 3
+ Selling fans, water, and shaved ice 3-5
+ Distributing lanterns 5-10
+ Assisting guests towards the lanterns or seats 5
+ Assisting in launching lanterns 2
+ Assisting in lighting lanterns 4
+ Helping with lantern sales table 3
+ Pick up chairs and tables 10-15
+ Returning equipment to Shinzen's Sheds 8
+ Picking up any trash and into trash cans 2
+ Returning unused lanterns to boxes 4
+ Taking down light fixtures 3
+ Loading Board member's and staff cars if necessary 5
+ Unloading cars 5
